What we collect: what you put on the intake form (organization name, EIN, website, programs, service area, budget, past funders, your name and email) and payment confirmation from our payment provider. We do not see or store card numbers.
How we use it: to prepare and deliver your report, to send Funder Watch updates if you subscribe, and to reply to you. We do not sell or rent your information.
Who we share it with: service providers that host the site, process payments, and deliver email, only as needed to run the service.
Email: every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-outs promptly.
Retention and deletion: we keep intake data while you are a client and for up to 2 years after. Email us to have it deleted.
